Women of Etoi in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State capital under the auspices of Etoi Women Solidarity Movement (EWOSOM) have concluded plans to endorse the Governor of the state, Mr Udom Emmanuel for a second term in office.
In a release signed by the President of the group, Mrs Ekaette Ebong Bassey, the formal endorsement rally for the Governor and his wife, Mrs Martha Udom Emmanuel is scheduled to hold on thursday,12th April, 2018 at the St Peter's Primary School, Mbiabong Anyanya, Etoi by 12noon.
She said the endorsement is inspired by the excellent performance of Governor Udom Emmanuel in office especially for the good people of Uyo LGA,
"we are very pleased with what the Governor has done in Uyo. His projects have been very impactful. across the Local Government. That is why we have come out to say that truly indeed, this is a man we cannot afford to lose at a time like now".
Several dignitaries are expected to grace the occasion.
