Congratulation to Barr. Theodore Williams, the newly inaugurated State Chairman of National Youth Council of Nigeria ( NYCN), Akwa Ibom State Council, i am delighted to hear of your victory and i am sure that under your great leadership, Akwa Ibom youths will strive to much greater heights and achievements.
It is also an opportunity to work hard and make a great impression that will last, i thank the Governor of Akwa Ibom His Excellency Mr Udom Emmanuel for bringing in acceptable youth leader by the entire youths of the state. You are a humble and intelligent servant, i pray for God guidance and wisdom in your endeavors.
Your assumption of your new responsibilities as the Chairman National Youth Council leaves my feeling very satisfied and happy. I pledge my total support and look forward to productive cooperation. I sincerely believe that you will perform your responsibility creditably.
