The Akwa Ibom State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr Charles Udoh received an Award of Honorary Fellow (FCIL) of Chartered Institute of Leadership.
This is award came as a result of his immense contributions and leadership prowess he exhibits as the image brand of the Akwa Ibom State Government.
Mr Charles Udoh expressed gratitude to the Management of the Institute with the following quotes...
